Morning Routine
As an employee at High Club – Port Huron, my day starts bright and early. I arrive at our cannabis dispensary at 8:30 AM, ready to prepare for another busy day serving our customers from Port Huron, Marysville, Saint Clair, and beyond.
Opening Procedures
- Check inventory and restock shelves
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces
- Review daily specials and promotions
- Team meeting to discuss goals and updates
Mid-Morning Rush
By 10:00 AM, we’re open for business, and customers start trickling in. Many are regulars from Fort Gratiot and Clyde, looking for their favorite strains or trying out new products. As a budtender, I love educating our patrons about different cannabis varieties and their effects.
Lunchtime Lull
During my lunch break, I often chat with coworkers about the latest industry news or upcoming events at our recreational dispensary. It’s a great time to bond and share experiences.
Afternoon Hustle
The afternoon brings a diverse crowd, including:
- First-time customers curious about marijuana
- Medical patients seeking relief
- Experienced users looking for premium products
I take pride in helping each customer find the perfect product for their needs, whether they’re from Richmond or just passing through Port Huron.
Evening Wind-Down
As closing time approaches, we begin our end-of-day procedures:
- Final inventory check
- Cleaning and organizing display cases
- Preparing reports for management
Before heading home, I reflect on the day’s interactions and the positive impact we’ve had on our community. Working at High Club – Port Huron isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a growing industry and help people improve their quality of life.
